Author Guidelines
Authors should submit only manuscripts that have been carefully proofread and prepared according to the IJTMSR paper format. Authors are requested to review these guidelines before submitting a manuscript.
1. Categories of Articles
- Original Research Articles — original practical, experimental, numerical or theoretical research.
- Survey / Review Articles — comprehensive reviews of a scientific or engineering topic.
- Fast Communications — short, self-contained articles reporting ongoing or significant research.
- Technical Notes — concise technical contributions, methods, designs or application-based studies.
Extended versions of papers previously presented or published in conferences and/or journals may be considered, subject to originality, appropriate disclosure and compliance with IJTMSR publication policies.
2. Manuscript Format
Manuscripts must be written in English and prepared in the standard two-column IJTMSR format . A normal paper should be approximately 6–8 pages . An addition of up to 8 pages is allowed where required.
The manuscript should be submitted in Microsoft Word format with the file extension .doc or .docx . Authors should use the journal paper template before submission.
3. Recommended Paper Organization
The manuscript should normally contain the paper title, author names and affiliations, corresponding-author email, abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology/materials and methods, results and discussion, conclusion, acknowledgements where applicable, and references. Figures and tables should be clearly numbered, captioned and referred to in the text.
4. Author Names and Affiliations
Authors must verify the spelling, sequence, affiliation and contact information of all authors before final submission. During indexing and publication, the author names appearing in the final accepted manuscript will be considered as the official author information.
5. Originality and Publication Ethics
Authors must submit original work and must obtain permission for any copyrighted material reproduced from other sources. The same manuscript should not be submitted simultaneously to another journal. Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the data, references and statements presented in their manuscript.
6. Figures, Tables and Equations
Figures and tables should be clear and readable. Each figure and table must have a suitable number and caption. Equations should be properly formatted and numbered where necessary. Authors should ensure that all visual material is suitable for online publication.
7. References
References should be complete, consistent and relevant to the manuscript. Every reference listed should be cited in the text, and every work cited in the text should appear in the reference list. Authors are responsible for checking bibliographic accuracy.
8. Submission and Review
Manuscripts can be submitted through the IJTMSR Online Paper Submission page. Submitted manuscripts proceed through editorial screening, expert review, author revision where required, and technical verification. Acceptance, revision or rejection status is communicated to the author after the journal review process.
9. Final Publication
After acceptance, authors should submit the final corrected manuscript and complete the required publication formalities. The final paper details, including author names, title and other publication metadata, should be checked carefully before publication.
10. Copyright Form
Where required, authors should complete the IJTMSR Copyright Transfer Form and submit it as instructed by the journal.
11. Communication
