1. Peer Review Policy
Submitted manuscripts undergo editorial screening followed by expert review appropriate to the subject area. Review comments may require revision before a final editorial decision. Review outcomes may include acceptance, revision or rejection.
2. Publication Ethics & Malpractice
Authors must submit original work, report results accurately, acknowledge sources, disclose relevant conflicts of interest and obtain permission for copyrighted material. Fabrication, falsification, plagiarism and duplicate publication are not acceptable.
3. Originality & Plagiarism Policy
Manuscripts should be the authors' original work and should not contain improperly copied material. Authors are responsible for citations, permissions and the originality of the submitted manuscript.
4. Open Access Policy
IJTMSR supports scholarly open-access dissemination so published research can be read online. Any specific reuse or licensing terms displayed with an individual article govern reuse of that article.
5. Author Responsibilities
- Provide accurate author names, affiliations and corresponding-author details.
- Ensure all listed authors have made an appropriate contribution.
- Approve the final manuscript before publication.
- Respond to editorial and reviewer queries promptly.
6. Editorial Responsibilities
Editorial decisions are based on manuscript relevance, originality, technical quality, clarity and reviewer input. Manuscript information is handled for journal editorial and publication purposes.
7. Conflict of Interest Policy
Authors, editors and reviewers should disclose relationships or interests that could reasonably be perceived to influence the research, review or editorial decision.
8. Copyright & Permissions
Authors must have the right to submit the manuscript and must obtain permission for third-party figures, tables or other copyrighted content where required. Accepted authors may be asked to complete the journal copyright-transfer documentation.
9. Corrections, Retractions & Updates
Where a significant error or publication-integrity concern is identified, the journal may review the matter and issue an appropriate correction, update, withdrawal or retraction notice depending on the circumstances.
10. Complaints & Appeals
Authors may raise a reasoned complaint or appeal regarding editorial handling or a decision by contacting the journal. Include the manuscript title and paper registration ID, when available, so the matter can be reviewed efficiently.
11. Privacy Policy
Personal information supplied through manuscript submission or journal correspondence is used for editorial, peer-review, publication and journal communication purposes. Authors should avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information.
12. Terms & Conditions
Submission indicates that authors have read the journal instructions and policies and that the manuscript is submitted in good faith for editorial consideration. Authors remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of their content.
13. Publication Charges & Payment
Where article-processing or publication charges apply, the applicable amount and payment instructions should be communicated to authors through official IJTMSR channels. Payment does not determine the scholarly outcome of peer review.
14. Refund Policy
Any refund request relating to a payment should be submitted to the journal with payment details and manuscript information. Eligibility depends on the stage of editorial/production work and the circumstances of the request.
15. Disclaimer
Authors are responsible for the views, data, interpretations and claims in their articles. Database coverage, indexing, metrics and external recognition can change; readers and authors should verify current status from the relevant official source.
16. Copyright Infringement Claims
A rights holder who believes material published by IJTMSR infringes copyright may contact the journal with identification of the work, the allegedly infringing material and supporting ownership/contact information.
17. Research Integrity & Data
Authors should retain supporting research records and provide reasonable clarification when requested during editorial review. Data, images and results should not be manipulated in a misleading manner.
18. Duplicate / Concurrent Submission
A manuscript submitted to IJTMSR should not be simultaneously under consideration by another journal. Relevant prior publication or overlapping work should be disclosed to the editor.
